FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

Due to health and safety regulations, all food and beverage items are final sale once delivered and/or served. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any perishable items after they have left our possession and been delivered to the client.

Once delivery is completed, WSTBRK Catering is no longer responsible for storage, handling, or quality changes caused by time, temperature, or environment at the event location.

We take great care to ensure all items are prepared fresh, properly packaged, and delivered in excellent condition. If there are any issues at the time of delivery, they must be reported immediately so they can be addressed on-site when possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or major changes to your event. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date will not incur additional charges, and any deposits made may be refunded or applied to a future booking, depending on the agreement at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are subject to a cancellation fee, as preparations, staffing, and food purchasing will have already been arranged for your order.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you when changes are needed. Please contact WSTBRK Catering as soon as possible for any adjustments to your booking.
